Archway

An unidentified woman passes through an archway at the Rockefeller Museum in Jerusalem, on October 19, 2010. The museum, formerly the Palestine Archaeological Museum, is an archaeological museum that houses a large collection of artifacts unearthed in the excavations conducted in the Land of Israel (Ottoman Palestine) beginning in the late 19th century. The museum building is also the head office of the Israel Antiquities Authority.

About this blog

Photo Op: short for photo opportunity, originally referred to an opportunity to take a memorable and effective photograph of a politician, a celebrity, or a notable event. The term has acquired a negative connotation, referring to a carefully planned pseudo-event, or a non-event that often masquerades as news. This blog is called "Photo Op" and I hope this is where the resemblance to the above definition ends.
