Leftover masks - what's their point?

Israeli settlers wearing cardboard masks bearing the image of former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, demonstrate in front of the Ministry of Education in Jerusalem, on September 7, 2010. The protesters sought to remind Education Minister Gideon Sa'ar of his previous pledge to resume construction on the date the 10-month construction freeze expires, at the end of September.

About this blog

Photo Op: short for photo opportunity, originally referred to an opportunity to take a memorable and effective photograph of a politician, a celebrity, or a notable event. The term has acquired a negative connotation, referring to a carefully planned pseudo-event, or a non-event that often masquerades as news. This blog is called "Photo Op" and I hope this is where the resemblance to the above definition ends.
