The Mystery of Lost Time

Antique clocks are seen on display during the opening of "The Mystery of Lost Time" exhibition at the Museum for Islamic art in Jerusalem, Monday, July 20, 2009. Dozens of priceless timepieces went on display in an ultra-theft proof walk-in safe more than a quarter century after they were stolen, on April 15, 1983, when the biggest robbery in Israel’s history at that time took place.

About this blog

Photo Op: short for photo opportunity, originally referred to an opportunity to take a memorable and effective photograph of a politician, a celebrity, or a notable event. The term has acquired a negative connotation, referring to a carefully planned pseudo-event, or a non-event that often masquerades as news. This blog is called "Photo Op" and I hope this is where the resemblance to the above definition ends.
